MNC TV is an Indonesian famous in community TV channel that was established by Tutut Soeharto. She is the first daughter of president Suharto. MNCTV started broadcasting live at 23 January 1991 and at that time they telecast only educational programs but after some time they started programming similar to other channels in Indonesia showing programs such as music, News, sports news, reality Tv shows and much more.

It telecast tow hour educational programming that targets high school students from 08:00 to 10:00. It also cooperated with the Culture of Indonesia and Ministry of Education. The station is owned by Siti Hardijanti Rukmana from 1991 to 1998.
